By placing an order by accepting our quotation, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch of products will happen only after payment is received by AllenMate.com. All products produced or supplied remain the property of Allenmate.com until they are paid for in full.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive a tax invoice confirming receipt of your order. Only those goods listed in the confirmation tax invoice sent at the time of order will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Payment
Upon accepting our quotation and once your payment has been received by us, your order will be printed and despatched.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition.
Any fees or costs incurred will be paid by the customer, in the case of cancellation of order.
